Seller Christine Atsma hereby agrees to sell, and buyer (-------------) agrees to purchase to the terms and Conditions, concerning for the following described Animal.

Kitten temperament is guaranteed, and in excellent health, it has had his first and second shots, has been dewormed and thoroughly inspected by a Veterinarian, the animal is to be free of contagious diseases, and genetic defects.
Buyer will provide all veterinary care necessary to keep Animal in good health. It is recommended that you take your kitten to your own vet (at your expense), Within 48 hours after kitten leaves sellers Cattery, for your protection as well as ours
If the kitten is found to be medically deficient, or untreatable with a life-threatening disease it may be returned, after proof by a Veterinarian and seller will replace this kitten with another, or a full refund will be given if kitten is returned within 4 days of purchase.
If a genetic problem should occur with this kitten within one year of purchase, cause of any life threatening congenial defects or disease, according to a licensed veterinarian, SELLER will provide Buyer with a replacement kitten, of approximately equal value when one comes available. Or a refund less 20% of the purchase price.
This health guaranteed will not transfer to anyone, and only offered to the original buyer in this agreement. All veterinary fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
This kitten is being sold with full registration by the International Cat Association. Seller will provide registration papers within 30 days post purchase date.
This kitten is independent and eating very well on his own, and being fed, GO Natural (chicken fruit & vegetable) and Can food, Technical Kitten, and gets fresh water every day. It will do best if it stays on this food and not assortment of food or table scraps as that can cause diarrhea.
This kitten is litter trained however cannot be expected to find a litter box in a large house, we suggest for the first few days confining the kitten to a small room with a litter box, food and water, at first I suggest to return him to the small room for a few weeks for sleeping at night. This will help ensure a better transition; you can also put a few extra litter boxes especially in a bigger house. Kitten mite try to use things like newspaper for litter, my advice is not to have such tings available to them when still learning the ropes.
Any scratching on objects or carpets should be immediately discouraged, have it go to its own scratching post or toys. Some activities that may seem cute, as a little kitten may not be as fun as an adult cat. The kitten will be your responsibility, for we cannot be responsible or guarantee kittens actions beyond this time, or any damage it may cause in your household.
Please don’t let your Bengal roam outside without your supervision, kitten are for comfortable secure Indoor living only, protected and safe from harm.
Buyer is responsible for researching, understanding and complying with his state, Local, county and country ordinances regarding the purchase/ownership, and that it is legally permitted to buy and own a Bengal.
This kitten and any of its offspring are not to be sold to any pet shops, Or surrendered to S.P.C.A. Your kitten must be properly taken care of and not be mistreatment this will considered a breach of contract.
This contract is not negotiable, Buyer understands that at no time will abuse, neglect, or mistreat the Animal, if in this case the Animal by appropriate authority is returned to the breeder, buyer understands the purchase price is non-refundable.
